कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन। 

मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि।।

Your right is to do your work dutifully.

You have no right to expect the fruits of that work. 

Do not keep an eye on the fruits of karma.

But do not stop working either.
